Like all other FDA approved human growth hormone (HGH), Omnitrope is a 191-amino acid chain. Omnitrope comes in a pre-mixed cartridge that loads into the SurePal pen. There is no mixing HGH with bacteriostatic water. However, if you don't have the SurePal pen, you will have to extract the Omnitrope HGH with a diabetic needle. While this is feasible, the Genotropin GoQuick pen comes in a disposable pen with needle caps and is also FDA approved. If you don't have the SurePal pen, I would not recommend Omnitrope but instead recommend Genotropin.
