What Pickup and shipping options do you offer?

You can pickup in Tijuana, Rosarito, or Ensenada Baja California. We can also ship to anywhere in Mexico, including hotels, Airbnb, etc.

All HGH is sent over night in insulated packaging with gel packs. The cost is $50 USD.

How long will it take to receive my order?

After receiving your payment, we set up a time and place for pickup. Delivery time is overnight in Mexico, but we can't guarantee these times as shipping companies have delays. The best is to ship to AeroMexico Cargo and pick up at the local airport. Shipments take approximately 1 week to be delivered from the time they are ordered.

What is our reship policy?

In case that customer doesn't receive their order, we will offer 50% refund or credit towards future purchases. In many cases we will also offer free reship of complete order (this is left at our discretion).

How will my order be packaged?

packages are shipped in an insulated container with ice packs. We ship all products in original manufacturers packaging, including boxes, and are unopened.
